I just bought a car from Del Sol. I looked for the kind of car. I wanted on the Internet and I noticed they had it at a good price. It was exactly what I wanted. Everything from finished to start was a breeze. We were there for about an hour and a half. I filled out the preapproval for prior which helped. . Fernando was my salesman. He was awesome very friendly very nice very open and honest with everything answered every question I had. So far so good I would recommend them.

Let me just put it this way, we went in looking for a commuter for my husband. We left the dealership a few hours later (by choice) with 3 cars! A car for my husband and 2 sons.
We drove to Everett for an appointment with another car dealership however the truck we had an appointment for wasnt available yet. We were bummed as we traveled from University Place in Tacoma. Yes almost an hour and 20 minutes away. But then we saw Del Sol Auto Sales was on our way back to Tacoma through our GPS and decided to visit. Boooooy our we glad we did. We met with Ali and Fernando. They provided Fast and Excellent service, made us feel comfortable and treated us like Family. They made the process so smooth from the beginning to the end and for that we will definitely be our Go-to dealership. They made the drive from Tacoma to Everett worth it.

We had an 03 Escalade EXT that was totaled, we live out in CA. I worked with Fernando, Edgar and Ali as they had a 2011 Escalade EXT. The process was so smooth, they got me a quote for shipment, they worked with us on the price, they offered to drive the vehicle to a mechanic of our choice to have the vehicle inspected by a 3rd party prior to purchasing and once all that was completed they FedEx me the forms we needed to sign, we did the wire transfer and the vehicle was shipped to us with no issues. When the vehicle arrived it definitely looked better than the pics we seen online and the FaceTime walk through we did, the vehicle drives so smoothly and for being over 10yrs old whoever owned it previously definitely took pride in the upkeep of not only the exterior but interior. This was our first time ever buying a used vehicle as we’ve always bought new cars however since Cadillac doesn’t make these anymore wand we wanted another one we decided to buy a used 2011 Escalade EXT. I’d recommend Del Sol to anyone for a used vehicle. Thank You Edgar, Ali, Fernando and the whole Del Sol team for taking care of us.

Worked with Ali when we went in to look at a 2015 Sienna. We were there for only a few minutes before we were in the car checking it out and test driving it. The route used on the test drive has highway and city driving so you can see how the vehicle feels in both ways of driving. I went it had already talked to reliable credit, strongly recommend them as well, so the credit portion of the sale was insanely easy. At no point during the discussion of the vehicle, sale price, what all I was paying for. Everything was very transparent. It is a used car. The few things that aren’t “perfect” are exactly what you’d expect. Basic cosmetic wear and tear, but everything is functional and this vehicle in my opinion was under priced for the local market. Definitely a positive experience in the obnoxious world of used car sales

We have had the van now for almost a month and have put almost a thousand miles on it. Waited for a review in case there was any issues post buying the car and have not had that experience

Ali and the entire team was very helpful and very professional.
