This does not include anything extra that needs to be done to the building. Meaning the shower area reinforcement drywall work plumbing work is not included only the demo and the install. The demo is considered the removal of the existing tile, including the shower pan to the drywall to give us enough room to install the panels and the new shower pan. Now, if you want to get technical because we are licensed contractors, we’re doing the job for a very fraction of the cost to waterproof. Make sure that the shower valve are up to par with the project in itself, but if you want the area and where the shower pan is going to be installed waterproof we could give you a separate quote on waterproofing that area And other areas in the restroom as far as the flooring, the baseboards painting it shooting texture you know to hide any defects at the wall, may have, etc. And if you don’t like this, I have a construction company license and bonded.
