I purchased this walking pad a month ago (it will be sold in its original packaging) and found that even walking at 2.5 mph is a nuisance for our neighbors downstairs (too speed is 6.2 mph, a nice run. Everything is still brand new with the unit: comes with (2) knee braces, remote control, grip tabs, tool, four screws, lubricant, and owner’s manual. I had it on vinyl flooring- remember to adjust the legs whenever you move the treadmill to a new location. I purchased on Amazon.
