Harley Quinn Halloween Costume Handmade Vinyl

I made this costume 20 years ago from 4-way stretch vinyl and lined with softer fabric. The vinyl has begun to degrade, more in the red than the black (you can see this in the last photo of the glove). I am not nor have I ever been a seamstress so this is not a professionally made costume! The suit and the head piece zip up the back with invisible zippers. You will need help with this! The cuffs are separate and just go on with a safety pin, and the booties are thin costume quality. The mask is not included. I simply cut out a shape in vinyl and used spirit gum to adhere to my face. Measurements (laying flat) are as follows: Pit to pit 18.75” Inseam 28” Underarm to cuff 18” Waist 17” Booties heel to toe 10” My head measures about 23.75” around and as I recall the head piece was a bit uncomfortably tight on me.
