The CD200 comes with a new transport, TEAC CD-5020A which is designed for audio playback with a smooth loading drawer and low clamping noise. The player is compatible with audio CDs, MP3 CDs, and WAV CDs, and has built-in support for CD TEXT and ID3 tags. The CD-200 offers both coaxial and optical S/PDIF outputs, and has a improved internal clock for smoother sound and reduced jitter. The playback modes include Continue, Random, Program, Repeat Single and Repeat All. The player also includes a wireless remote control with numerical track select buttons.
