It’s capable of going up steep hills using throttle only (no pedaling required). It feels very poised while riding, handles predictably, easily, and comfortably. Paint job is amazing, high quality. The 500-watt motor accelerates very comfortably in PAS settings 1 through 4, it’s quick in PAS setting 5, but still smooth, and it cruises at a very nice and confidence-inspiring speed. It has a remarkably sensitive cadence sensor and is built using name-brand parts (Shimano drivetrain, Tektro brakes). It rolls very easily and is very comfortable to pedal with the motor off with a 7-speed grip shifter. The ride is notably smooth, it absorbs road vibrations and bumps nicely. Comes with built-in safety items: integrated headlight, tail light, bright bake light, low-speed walk assist, reflective sidewalls, and a mounted bell. I am 5’2”, my husband is 6 ft, and we can easily both ride it by adjusting the seat height. Frame is 20”, comfortably fits riders from 5'1" to 6'2". It comes with the fully functioning battery charger, 2 keys for the battery lock, front basket, rear rack, Rider Orientation Instructions and Care & Maintenance Instructions.
