In advance I called the dealership to ask about one of their vehicles and was 100% interested in negotiating and checking out the car, I had ask Sam if I could go down to check it out the next day and he made it clear he would have the car ready first thing in the morning. I texted and called Sam to let him know I was driving all the way down to check it out (no replies) I got there, Sam was not there! The car I wanted to see was out for an oil change and wouldn’t be back within 3 days. Sam is very unprofessional. He doesn’t provide good customer service and will ghost you if theres any conflict. I do not recommend to work with him! Dealer itself was cool but didn’t seem reliable, I checked out a Lexus while I was there and the inside smelled like cigarettes.

This message is for Sam - I bought a car from your lot in Santa Ana before you guys moved and I had called you to let you know that there was an issue with some DMV paperwork and I hadn't received the plates registration and title yet as the paper plates were expiring, you told me that you were going to handle it - you did not. I did end up getting the documents, but they were all invalid. The DMV put a stop on my registration due to the company you guys use or used not sending the out of state transfer. I now have to go through some very stressful and time consuming things to straighten out what you said would be handled. Also, the car broke down within 2 months of buying it, costing around $1500 to fix, and still has ongoing leak and power problems.
Little advice if you haven't done it already - hire a title clerk and dmv clerk and stop using the 3rd party. They suck.

Today my little brother and I came today to get our Lexus and man we had a AMAZING experience with Mr.Sam. My little brother got his car and the experience was friendly and easy going. One of my favorite things about this day that he wasn’t pushy at all compared to all the other dealers we’ve been for the past 2 day and we made a deal with him. For anyone that wants to get a car over here my man Sam is your man he’ll get a car today!!! Thank you Sam 😎🫡

EDIT: We were told that they would do anything to make sure we were satisfied customers, we wrote the review because Sam asked us to and at the time it was a good experience. Even though the sun roof had issues opening and it was clear the car needed new brakes, we were satisfied. Sam said to call the following week and he would set up having the repairs done, at their cost of course. We called over a dozen times, never heard back from him. Finally I called from a different number so he couldn’t see the caller ID and spoke to him, he said he didn’t know what I was talking about and that he would do his best but that we bought a used car and they are bound to have issues. I was speechless! He ghosted us after that and we never heard back from anyone there. I went to the dealership to talk to him and he saw me and got in a car and drove away, pretending not to see me. We paid for the repairs ourselves. Will never go back. Changing my initial review from 5 stars to 1 star. Typical “Used car salesman”

Absolutely the best experience buying a used car! We LOVE the 2013 Mini CooperS, it is in perfect condition and it is exactly what we wanted.
Sam made everything so easy. He is knowledgeable and friendly…. Everyone at this dealership was wonderful!!
Happy with the car and financing.
We’ll definitely be back when we need another car!

My experience with them was the first time I actually enjoyed purchasing a vehicle. I’d recommend anyone who’s been looking for a car to really consider visiting the vast inventory that they have on hand you won’t be disappointed. I’m very excited and pleased with my purchase. Thanks Sam you’re the best.
