It is a size 8.5, but with the additional price of 100$+ life long warranty, it includes full protection of missing, lost, stolen, of not only the diamonds or gems but all the silver and the band, so it can be resized up, or sized down for free with receipt. The Diamond warranty includes: guarantee diamond and color gemstone jewelry for a lifetime, as long as 6-month inspections have been performed and documented by an authorized representative. We will replace, free of charge, any diamond, emerald, ruby or sapphire covered by this Guarantee if it chips, breaks, or is lost from its original setting during normal wear.
