I have barely used it, and it has never been mistreated. The smart controller is an awesome addition to an already great drone. It allows you to change all settings on the fly to get the perfect shot. You can even add filters and edit footage all from the controller. The picture is crystal clear even in the brightest environments. There is no guessing what you are shooting. Shoots 4k video and photos. All my shoots were outdoors, and most times, I used my drone for photos. Making it easy to sell my camera and go full drone. There are so many features built into the drone that I would recommend you look them up. This package also comes with the fly more package. However, one of the batteries is not charging for some reason. It also includes the car charger and multiple battery charger. You can charge up to 4 batteries at one time. This is the top of the line DJI Mavic 2 pro package. This will also come with the ND filters necessary for perfect daytime footage. This same package with no extra battery, filters, or backpack is selling on Amazon for 1600 used. 2400 new. THE BAD: One of the three batteries is not charging for some reason. 2 of the batteries are still perfect. This is definitely one of those "my loss is your gain" situations. I am taking a huge loss on everything I spent on this package. DO NOT BOTHER ME ABOUT TRADES OR TAKING LESS. THE PRICE IS FIRM.
