No good. When I went in to see the car and go over the numbers I was given false information. I was told for a higher down payment I would be given insurance covering the next 2 weeks. This was  not true. When I came in to pick up the car I was told I needed to get my own insurance. They don’t do that for customers. After being lied to I didn’t even want the car. I was told they would change the windshield wipers and have the car detailed before  pick it up. It did have new windshield wipers but the car wasn’t cleaned.it was actually dirty then before with dirt on the floors that wasn’t there before.on the was home the check engine lights started to come on. The battery light came on first. Then the flat tire light came on. Then the stop and start service light came on.. the car had no gas in it . Not even enough to get home after it had half a tank 3 days prior. Stopping at the gas station next to the dealership I had the gas station help me put air in the tires. Buy the time I got the car home the tire was flat again.then I noticed that all 4 tires where different.i would never recommend this car dealership.im sorry I ever when in.to top it off I was asked to right a good review so that he could get a 50$ bonus.

I could not have been more impressed and not felt cheated by any car dealership I’ve ever been with Josh was straightforward. Business didn’t waste my time. I can’t recommend Josh or car guru enough the manager straightforward. It’s refreshing to feel that got a great deal on a great car very happy recommend to my mom or anybody

The sales person was super nice. She listened to my needs and stayed in my budget.  l was able to go home with a new used car. The car was spotless. I am very happy with their service. My sale was Deanna.

I recently had a terrible experience with this dealership while trying to purchase my first car. I was genuinely excited and had done my research on a specific vehicle I wanted. I even called ahead to confirm its availability. However, after driving a long distance to get there, I was shocked to find out that the car had already been sold — and no one had the courtesy to let me know before I arrived. That was already a huge disappointment and a waste of time.

Instead, the salesperson offered to show me a different vehicle, assuring me it was a similar deal. I decided to take a look and was open to making a purchase since I had already made the trip. But when I was ready to buy, they suddenly mentioned additional upcharges for features that weren’t even installed by the dealership themselves. These unexpected add-ons made the price much higher than what was originally discussed, and it felt very misleading.

When I decided to back out of the deal, things got even worse. Over the next week, I started receiving texts from multiple salespeople — four different phone numbers in total — each one claiming to be following up about a deal. It became incredibly confusing to keep track of who was who or what was being offered. Eventually, I made a deal with one of the representatives over text and was told everything was set.

However, when I arrived at the dealership for the second time, I was left waiting around for a long time before anyone came to help me. Then, to make matters worse, they completely denied the deal that was made over text. They claimed that their sales team had no control over pricing and that management wouldn’t honor what was promised. At that point, it was clear that the dealership was extremely disorganized, unprofessional, and possibly deceptive in their sales tactics.

This entire experience was frustrating, confusing, and a complete waste of time. As a first-time car buyer, I was hoping for transparency and professionalism, but instead I was met with miscommunication, misleading pricing, and false promises. I would strongly advise anyone looking to buy a car to avoid this dealership altogether. They do not value honesty or their customers’ time.
