Description

I'm selling a pair of SKS Chromoplastic fenders for your hybrid/commuter bike with 700c wheels (see pics). The fenders have been used but they are in excellent condition! They are approximately 53mm wide (outside measurement), so best suited for use with tires up to 700x42. These fenders have 6" long rubber flaps at the ends for extra coverage. And I can tell you from experience as a year-round bike commuter that those extra flaps make a big difference! Installation note: these fenders are wider than the 45mm wide fenders that are typical used on hybrid bikes. So make sure that you have enough clearance between the fork blades and the seat stays to mount these fenders on your bike. The fenders come with all of the stays and brackets needed for installation, but you will have to provide the hardware (bolts, nuts, washers etc.) needed to attach them to your bike. If you don't want to hassle with installing the fenders yourself, expert installation is available for a reasonable extra cost. I'm selling the pair of fenders for $25 (firm, and cash only please). I'm not really interested in any lower offers at this time, so please no haggling over the price.
