Car salespeople get a bad reputation, making them all seem pushy. But Jake took care of us and was never pushy. He was very honest and upfront. It truly made this a great experience for us! This is the second vehicle we've purchased from this location.

Update: as of 09/13/25, the issue with the 3rd party vender has been resolved thanks to this review and the dealerships new found willingness to help with a nudge.  **However, the issue remains that the General Manager Joseph Asadi still refuses to call me to apologize for completely disrespecting me for no good reason weeks after my purchase of a $90,000 Chevy Suburban Z71.

Joseph Asadi and his Sales Team staff is rude and disrespectful. I also caution you, Do not trust Joseph Asadi the GM. He has not acted in a professional or ethical manner in his dealings with me, I felt completely disrespected and unappreciated by him, he made inappropriate nasty comments to me and he brushed me off like he will likely do to you if you risk costing his P&L one cent by asking him to do the right thing once you sign on the line.

The Story:
I purchased a new 2025 Z71 suburban in May of 2025 and Autonation referred me out to a company for some cosmetic work for Ceramic coating and the Black out the emblems and so on. Turns out the company I was referred to by the Autonation Financing Manager is actually not an approved vendor for Autonation despite what the Finance Manager led me to believe and is actually not a approved vendor of Autonation. The company the Autonation Finance Manager referred me to messed up my emblems on the brand new truck. I tried to get the company to fix it but they owner of that company has avoided me and actually made me feel threatened when i asked him to help fix it. Keep in mind I have purchased all new emblems and all I have asked is for someone to install them...since this fly by night company that Autonation referred me to will not help I have asked Joseph Asadi the GM to install the emblems for me and they want to charge me the service fee to install them. I think as a courtesy at min they can make a good customer happy and install at no charge. But Jospeh Asadi the GM does not agree and would rather start a verbal argument with me over the phone like he is my boss is a better approach to this unique situation.

BUT, No one at Autonation thinks they should do the right thing here and worse Joseph Asadi the GM gave me an attitude, spoke nasty to me and treated me like I am crazy for wanting him to do the right thing here or to be accountable for their Managements (Finance Manager - Robert Lite) actions that led to this..

While on the phone with Joseph Asai the GM, he told me he is not responsible for his Finance managers deceitful practices. He also said " I did not make any sense", every time i tried to reason with him.

Turns out the Finance manager gets "Commission" on these unsanctioned referrals. **This is why I believe Autonation should do the right thing in this case and should not argue with me instead of doing the right thing from a customer service and integrity standpoint that would only cost them about $50 or less. Joseph refused to help at all and instead blamed me for using a company thar they is not approved by them despite the fianancing manager leading to believe otherwise while I signed my contract to buy.

This shows me a big lack of integrity from the top down.

I suggest you do yourself a favor and Go to another more reputable dealership that has Management with integrity and who value their Customers.

Do not trust the employees here in the Sales department nor the GM Jospeh Asadi, as they do not appear to put integrity first.

Once you make your purchase good luck getting any real support despite what they promise.
