Very unprofessional. Bought a 2018 BMW from them which I absolutely love. However, I drove 8 hours to pick up my vehicle. Upon arrival the car was not detailed nor gassed up. One of the young men there claimed to have detailed it but nothing was done.They told me they’d cashapp me gas money and I never received it and it’s been nearly a month.  I get the car home and it starts throwing a code for a SOS emergency call button that was never explained before purchasing. Also, the back breaks started squeaking and had to replace them. The problem is they said the brakes were just done. There was no oil change done on it, like they claimed so I got that done. The odometer button on my dash does not work which they failed to mention. They claimed there were run flat tires on it but that was a lie as well, in fact one of the tires doesn’t hold air at all. So all of these things they lied about cost me and ruined my car buying experience. IF you do happen to purchase from them, I recommend speaking to Jerome. He was the only one that seemed to care. Alex the finance manager gave me heavy anxiety but fixed his mess up and got me a lower payment. I knew I was buying a used car but it’s very lazy to not fix the small things and lying while receiving 15k from the purchase. Damn near feels like I bought a car from Matilda’s daddy the way they’ve lied.

Sierra was really good at her job. They all were able to work with what I had and were extremely kind. I got my car completely cleaned, and they made sure everything was working before I took the car out of the lot. I would totally come back here again!

This company is unprofessional. They lied about the inspection of a vehicle (I have proof). They will try and change the sales price to higher amount once paperwork (I have proof). Providing proof of their lies. As you see price online 14,995. However, on the sales paperwork they tried to mark it to over $23,000 (insane right). Now you will also see VALID INSPECTION STICKER ON VEHICLE is checked, but as you see NO INSPECTION STICKER. Straight scamming con artists

Purchased a vehicle from them August 2,2025. Very friendly and laid back atmosphere. Miguel, our sales rep was awesome. Great personality, and very knowledgeable. I found a few small issues with the vehicle and they have already made arrangements to have them fixed for me. Very straight forward process from start to finish. August 12, have to edit my review. All the above info is true. I’m very pleased with the sales and finance departments. However, Carlos the service manager is very unprofessional and dishonest. The radio in the vehicle I bought has a bad touch screen. Carlos said that they would take care of it. One full week of calling to check the status of the part only to hear “It’ll be here tomorrow.” Yesterday he tells me the part arrived Friday but was damaged. He suggested having it repaired under the warranty the sold me. I explained that warranty plan does not cover the radio. He said it did because it was a full bumper to bumper warranty. I contacted the warranty provider and gave them the contract number. The warranty IS NOT full bumper to bumper and DOES NOT cover the radio. Rest of Mega Auto Outlet is great! But buyers beware, stay away from Carlos and the service department!

I was told a vehicle was priced at $15,000. I had $2,000 cash and a $3,000 trade-in ready, prepared to move forward based on what they told me. But once they ran the numbers, the price had mysteriously ballooned by nearly $10,000 more than what was originally stated. After my $5,000 down payment, they expected me to still owe $20,000—on a car that was supposed to start at $15,000.

When I confronted them, they acted as if this massive discrepancy was just a “misunderstanding” and tried to make me feel like I was the one confused. It wasn’t confusion—it was deception.

This kind of bait-and-switch is exactly why car dealerships have a bad reputation. Don’t ignore the warnings, don’t waste your time, and definitely don’t risk your money here. Stay far away from this place.
