There is a transfer fee of $299,75 not included in the sale price. You will not have access to the Campground until it is paid in full and the name is changed. This is a full access membership to Mountain Lakes located in Lyle Creek, CA . Amenities include a gym with treadmill, General Store, restrooms, showers, Two stocked fishing Lakes, a fish cleaning area, Adult Club House open 24 hours. Restaurant, Laundry, Dump Station, Paddle boats, Ice skating rink, Three swimming pools one is for adults only, a teenage game room and Mini Golf. You must bring your own bedding, linens and toiletries. There is a wilderness area with a playground and a lot more. If you have visited the weekend stay and sales tour you must wait two years before you can purchase a membership from a private party. A background check is a stipulation of approval to purchase as well.
