Craftsman hobbit play house. You will need a crane truck to haul it up and out. 9ft tall 12ft length 8ft depth Wood trim Shingled roof Real windows with detailed frame work Rock trim work Curved round wood stylized door with door w/ pop out little trap door Inside there is two rooms on the main floor and a loft with a wood ladder. We bought our home and this play house was on the property. Our neighbors say the old owners had it was custom built in Idaho and trucked in by a crane truck. It’s beautiful but needs some repair & new flooring and inside paint job. It is wired for electrical (front light and door bell). Never worked for us. New wiring would most likely be needed. We want to offer it up for FREE if you figure out how to haul it out. We do not know the weight. Built sturdy. Serious offers only please and again you will need to figure out how to haul it out.
