1988 Fleetwood pace arrow ‘club house’ It has a generator and good propane tank with it, appliances all work - fridge, AC unit, microwave. Most outlets work inside but it can use some electrical updating for long term. Recently painted her with chalkboard paint. She’s fun to draw on and then get a new canvas after a good rain! Updated some breakers, frequently have several extension cords plugged in running fans etc. have keys for all the outside storage boxes. Never had the engine turnover have had it for about a year. The last owner got the key broke off in the ignition when trying to show me it ran (haha….) would just need to buy a battery and change fluids and jump the starter to see if she will turn over. normal wear and tear so the engine could easily be scrapped for side income or put in a derby car for fun if using as a club house. The water pump will need replaced but water storage tank is in good shape. 75,xxx miles on the engine All drainage systems and waste tank in good shape. All storage on outside and inside water proof and plenty. Inside is clean and move in ready. no issue with auxiliary power hook ups. Nice long 50 foot auxiliary power cord as well. She’s currently connected to power for anyone wanting to walk through. Cabinets have all been cleaned and vacuumed and the roof was tarred last year and she is completely water proof. Makes for an excellent man cave or she shed 😉 Smart tv in living area works and connects to WiFi for streaming easily. She’s ready to be delivered to your back yard!
