Bamboo, free at curb corner of College Park and Rutgers Dr. 15101 Take a few pieces or take it all (whatever plan you have, you do not NEED it all). -Hardy -Fast growing up to 20’ tall (they pass the roofline of my 2 story house) -Fast spreading Invasive if not contained Recommended in planters or garden with masonry boundary. It can form a dense natural privacy fence between paved areas and the leaves don’t shed completely in the fall. It will take over its entire contained area. This 3x20’ bamboo patch was started by replanting 9 little root clumps in 2017 and it filled in after 2 seasons. New shoots come up each spring, once trimmed they won’t grow taller. I am removing about a 3’x6’ section now and giving away the plants if anyone wants them.
