I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Henrique was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I was hesitant about buying the car, but he insisted it was in good condition and described the issue I noticed as an “easy fix.” On the very first day, problems started. The next day, the battery was completely dead and I had to miss work to replace it. It was clear the car had not been properly inspected before being sold.

I was also led to believe that insurance was included. Later, I found out it would actually cost an additional $2,000. This was never clearly explained and felt very misleading.

Because of these issues and the condition of the vehicle, I tried to cancel the purchase after realizing I had been sold a car in poor condition under false pretenses. Instead of handling it professionally, Henrique called me, cursed at me, and threatened me. He also blamed me for problems that were present from the beginning.

I am now stuck with a car that had issues from day one and no real support to fix them.

Buyers, don’t buy from here.
