Description

Beautiful, classy vintage short sleeve cocktail dress. Flat pleated detail from front collar neckline to hem of dress. Sheath style with collar banded in 3 layers with mesh netting dispersed throughout front neckline. Silk shantung material-nice sheen to it. No size listed but here are the measurements: 38”-top of neck to hem 19.5”-bust (armpit to armpit) 15”-shoulder seam to seam-back 15.5-shoulder seam to shoulder seam-front 36”-waist 36”-hip 3” from waist 42”-hip 9” from waist 8.5”-back walking vent (not slit open) Pic with pinned back walking vent is to show style of vent-not slit like other vents. Has vintage ILGWU tag. Have lots of other pics but no room to post. Very small piece of fabric detached from banded seam at pleated top. (Came this way from the cleaners but didn’t check till much later.) Still has dry cleaner’s tag from last time worn; this may be between a 10-14, depending on your particular build. Remember, dresses were cut smaller back then, so measurements are a must. Come get me!
