Purchased a car today! We were super worried due to previous car dealerships taking advantage, but our worries melted upon reading fellow reviews on here! Candy and Gary were so helpful and kind! They answered all of our questions & we felt very comfortable buying through them. My fiance has questions about everything he was signing, and Candy took the time to explain every page. Gary, let us test drive the vehicle without anybody breathing down our necks like other dealerships!

Also, love when a dealership like this allows us to pay in CASH!!! They didn't pressure us into extensive warranties or financing! They were more than delighted to allow us to pay in full in cash.

Had a great experience with Candy and Drew this evening at Runway Auto. This is a used car retailer with a difference. We felt well looked after throughout our time at Runway. My husband and I thought we were going out to look at cars and ended up driving our new vehicle home!  And … don’t miss the port-a-potty!  It is very special!

Great experience! I’ve gone to a big dealership before and while it wasn’t a bad experience, I have to say it was MUCH better at runway! There’s no pressure or anyone breathing down your neck while you look around. Jeff was very nice and was amazing to work with for financing. He was very determined to help us get the best financing we could and he really came through! It never felt like we were bothering him and we could tell that he truly wanted to help. He wasn’t pushy at all or trying to have us get add ons which is a big plus! Very happy with our new low mileage manual fiesta and our experience! 🤩

Mike, thank you so much with everything you did for me in getting my car! For others reading this review, my first car I bought 5 years ago, I had gotten it from a big name car dealership. It was the worst experience I ever had. Seriously, to the point of almost taking them to court. So I was nervous at the beginning looking for a car but Mike is seriously amazing. He is so transparent, honest, and kind. He made the process so insanely easy. Whenever I had questions he was so kind in answering and never made me feel like I was bothering him. Everyone who looks for cars at dealerships has to prepare for being hassled and bugged, but not at Runway Auto! They let you look at the cars without any form of hassling!
