Edit: this is on me because I should have had someone more experienced to look at the car I bought, but I ended up paying 7k to fix everything. Make sure you get the car you’re interested in checked out before you buy. Don’t be like me.

I’d been looking for a truck for a long time, and Nader was very helpful when it came to helping me with exactly what I was looking for. I’m sure everyone is scared to make a purchase, especially when it’s not a known dealership/car sale place. When it came to Good Guys, it was smooth business. They answered every one of my questions and took charge with my concerns. I told Nader the inside of my truck smelled like cigarettes and he took the seats out and hand washed them. I told him I loved the truck but wouldn’t pay the first asking price and he was more than willing to negotiate.

Sam and his financial team were great helping us get the APR and monthly payments that worked for us. The process was fast and they were very kind. Sam is extremely helpful. Thank you we couldn't have made this purchase without his help!

Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a used car lot, the guys there were rude and the prices were absurd. Noting that when asked about a particular car if anything had been done to it or missing, just went on to say that’s how the car is and it makes these noises naturally then changed topic to the wheels. Wouldn’t recommend them for a used car nor the shopping experience.

Sam and Lizeth were very helpful. Everything went smoothly and the details regarding my purchase were well explained. The entire process was completed in less that two hours. I appreciate the time Sam took to discuss options for the vehicle and I appreciate the time Lizeth took explaining the warranty and the steps for completing the paperwork. I am very pleased with my purchase and the level of customer service and satisfaction!

The staff here was really nice, but they did a lot of cover-up work on the vehicle that I bought they painted over all the rusty bolts latches and other parts. They said it had an aftermarket exhaust, but it was actually a giant rusted out hole in the top of the stock muffler and now the driveshaft is about to give out after only a couple thousand miles be very careful inspecting your vehicle from these people. Yes they are nice but they are covering up a lot of wear and tear to make a sale.
