Description

This is my nephew's very 1st sofa set from his apartment that I am currently using as seating in my spare room. It's in Fair to Poor Condition as the pleather has become dry & brittle therefore it's cracked and peeled over the years he & I have had it. Also, he and I both have cats so there will be cat hair. Now missing the nearest back rest & seat cushion. With the Modern design, this sofa set sits low to begin with & has a low back to it so it's not that conducive for comfortable sitting. The great thing about this is it's built-in Chaise lounge. With the longer cushion positioned outward, & with the ottoman underneath the extended part, one now has a built-in Chaise lounge! The price is indicative of the condition.
