I had been searching for a 2012 Ford Raptor SVT for years, and I finally found the perfect one at AutoNation! I bought the truck back in May 2022, and although it’s taken me a while to leave a review, I had to take the time to recognize this location. The team was professional, helpful, and made the buying process smooth. I’m still loving my Raptor to this day. Highly recommend AutoNation if you’re looking for your dream vehicle!

Alyssa was our salesperson and was fairly new but you could not tell. She was very helpful. Could use a little more knowledge on the mechanics of a vehicle, but all in all she was very courteous to my wife and I and it was not pushy at all.
Nick sales manager over a short period of time was able to get what we wanted for a trade-in and did not just sit in an office, he actually came out and sat with us in the lobby. and our finance manager was also very courteous and kind. I would recommend anyone buying a vehicle from auto nation.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Seriously, stay far far away from this place! They will sell you a vehicle then ghost you when it’s comes time for vehicle warranties and repairs. Seriously wish I would have read the reviews and listen to them. We been reaching out to the general manager Chris MULTIPLE times in regards to an issue with our vehicle and still no response been almost a month. But guess what we have a contract for 2k warranty that they will repair what is needed, but when you show up with the vehicle they leave you without a car for a week, because their service team or them don’t know what they are doing. One time they even lost our keys. My husband went into the dealership and Jarred was so rude to him and told him he wasn’t discussing anything with him because we contacted corporate. Oh wait it gets better there was an error on their end and when we were told we needed to return the vehicle we had for about 3 weeks already we said you know what give us our old car back and we will be done because we could tell already the service and treatment we would be getting! Well that was to late because they already sold our vehicle. So we had no chose but to stay with the vehicle we purchased from them.  This place is a joke and I seriously wish I would have never bought from them. Please read their other reviews they are great to close a deal but once deal is done all the promises are out the door. Don’t expect a call back from the GM Chris if you have any issues. Well, actually from anyone at this place!

Alyssa was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend her. She was able to get me the best deal within my budget for the car I wanted and was extremely helpful and courteous.

Abel did a fabulous job in helping us purchase my son's first car. He handled everything amazingly well  and even asked us to come back the next day for a full detail job since that department had already gone for the day by the time we were done with the purchase. This is the second car we've purchased from AutoNation Avondale. The first was in June of 2024 with Jj as our rep, who also did a fabulous job. I recommend this dealership. No hidden fees & they take good care of their customers.
