**Selling- small, cute, gray sofa! (Yellow blanket not included) Comes from a home with a cat, but no scratches or stains whatsoever. Only selling because I wanted something new. Perfect for a small apartment, or office. **Measurements are roughly- 30 in. deep, 74 in. long, 21 1/2 in. high to armrest, 30in. high to back of couch. **Available for pick up next Thursday 10/16! It is fairly light, so I can help you load it up, or please feel free to bring a 2nd person with you. My apartment has both an elevator or just a few flights of stairs with easy street access where you can park and load up
