The Pacemaker 40 Motor Yacht was one of the last old-fashioned flush deck motor yacht designs built by a major U.S. manufacturer. A practical and straightforward cruising yacht, the spacious two-stateroom interior is centered around a spacious salon. An enormous "L" shaped galley is on the salon level. The forward guest berth and head are one level below. The interior grain-matched teak woodwork is of furniture quality. The aft master stateroom is large for a 40-foot motor yacht and features two twin side berths, a spacious desk/vanity, and a home-style walk-in closet. Topside, the covered aft deck is large enough to entertain a crowd and the wide side decks offer safe passage to the bow. Access to the flybridge is by a ladder that folds in the aft deck. This vessel has been EXTENSIVELY upgraded and maintained. Too many to list, please come see for yourselves. A recent comprehensive survey validates the vessel and all her beauty. I've owned the boat for the last year and a half, it was a dream! Unfortunately, I will be starting medical school in another city and need to part ways with it.
