Great running condition. Interior great condition except for the back room and a some areas in the front bunk due to water damage which it had when I got it. After doing research water damage is very common in RVs unless they are waterproofed. So far I rebuilt the roof for the back room and removed the water damage. There is some work to be done on the back room nothing super expensive it just very time consuming. I have the plywood and insulation to go in the back room. All the pieces for the back window are in there as well. It’s been raining these past weekends so I’ve kept it covered with a tarp just for the open window spots in the roof. All windows & parts that needed to be taken out are in the shower. Water, electricity all works. This RV runs like a champ. We drove it from about 30 mins past Sacramento all the way to Fairfield no problems at all. No major work needs to be done just mainly the back room and the areas in the front bunk. I bought this RV with the intention of having the time to fix it. Honesty I just don’t have the time. I know this RV is worth way more than I’m asking. $3000 or best offer. I’m open to trades too.
