Has 2 different knurled neutral grip handle positions for a variety of different exercises. Very good for shrugs, deadlifts, good mornings, shoulder press and a variety of other exercises. A must have for anyone trying to gain strength. Retails for over $500 straight from Rogue Fitness. Save from buying new. Also have a Rogue Fitness C-70 bar.
