I work for an RV dealer. I got this Ford E350 from an old couple as a trade in. 22 foot long, great for street parking without restrictions. I did a full professional remodel inside. New hardwood floors, new wooden walls, new roof, new kitchen, new stove, new couch. I polished all the wood inside. Everything else, Furnace, water heater, AC, onan Generator work great. My work hours are picking up for the summer. I've finished 95% of it, I'll update the photos when I go to storage. Those photos are 50% done a month ago. It would take me a day to finish it and passenger seat. if I do spend more time away from work I'll increase the price in a week or two. I'm listing it now to give you an idea and to see if someone welling to take it before I finish it. Needs passenger seat. ( Was damaged and removed) It has 57k miles, I have a clean title and the tags expires this month. I'll go with you to smog it before you purchase it. Runs excellent, very smooth. Great for long trip since it's much lighter that average Motorhomes. If you are a serious buyer I don't mind going to my storage for additional photos or questions. This RV is rare to find in this condition, you can check online it goes for about 9-12k dollars. I'm firm at $5000.. if you do the last clean up and the passenger seat. Thank you.
