Had a great experience at Ford of Kirkland! My Mother and I went in to look at and take home a new 2025 Explorer ST.  It was an easy deal on a great vehicle. It started with a friendly, helpful greeting from Ben, who made us feel welcome immediately. He gave a great presentation of the features and benefits of the Explorer ST we were interested in and confirmed we had picked the right vehicle.

We had a great time talking with the general manager, Rob. He made the deal happen without the tedious back and forth negotiations you usually expect.

When we got to the business office Roman was prepared for us and reconfirmed the numbers with us, went over the paperwork and presented us with all the options we had to protect our new car, very friendly and professional.

When we were done with the paperwork Ben had the vehicle cleaned, gassed up and ready for delivery. We were in and out quicker than we had hoped. Great job guys, thank you for a great car buying experience!

Easy and straightforward. We recently purchased a new truck for out daughter from Carlton & team and the process was great from start to finish. Carlton took his time to show us the ins and outs of the vehicles and trims we were interested in... zero pressure / 100% excellent service.

We went back a couple days later to purchase the truck and Edgar picked up where Carlton left off. He helped us get the financing started, setup the tech in the truck, and made sure the vehicle was freshly washed, prepped, and filled up.

Shannon in finance stayed late to help us get all of the financing squared away (thank you, Shannon!). She was able to go through the necessary docs pretty quickly and offered great perspective on how some of the offers worked (or maybe didn't apply). She kept in touch as we buttoned up the last few things (like the extended warranty) the next day.

It was a little slow toward the end of the Monday evening, so Bill the store manager dropped in from time to time to help with the process, offer some advice on how to optimize the financing (we were trying to help my daughter start her credit history), and fill some of the waiting time when we waited for the next step in the process.

Overall: a wonderful experience. We'll definitely be heading back next time we're looking for a Ford (or Hyundai... apparently they have both brands there). Thanks for making my daughter's first car-buying experience so good!

He’s also been a strong advocate on my behalf, ensuring that services eligible under my ESP are properly covered and navigating approvals with the service manager when needed. It’s often said that post-purchase service can define the overall car ownership experience, and thanks to George, mine has been exceptional.

I feel fortunate to have found someone so dedicated at Ford of Kirkland. George consistently ensures my vehicle is returned in better condition than when I brought it in, and he approaches every interaction with a positive, professional attitude. He’s receptive to feedback and always willing to listen, which speaks volumes about his commitment to customer care.

Hyundai of Kirkland has the most excellent service department that I have experienced over my 60 years of new car ownership. From scheduling an appointment to greeting me when I arrived to discussing my Palisade's service requirements were all very positive. I was also provided status of the car inspection via text by the service representative which I really appreciated.

My car had a 30,000 mile service. I was told it would take 3 hours and it was completed on time. Thank you Hyundai of Kirkland!!
