SUB-ZERO REFRIGERATOR (subzero) Model IT-36CIID. Built in 2016. Cost about $11,000 when new. I’m selling it for the price listed. No haggling, please. It works perfectly and is extremely clean. (See pictures of the temperature display and ice bin.) Sub-zero refrigerators are designed to last 20 years or more. And they do. It is from the Designer Series, with tall, counter-depth style: 36"W x 84"H x 24”D. The refrigerator capacity is 12.8 cu.ft., freezer 6.2 cu.ft. It is designed to have decorative panels attached in front to match surrounding cabinets and “disappear”. The existing decorative wood front panels and handles shown in the pictures are yours at no extra cost. They weigh a total of 40 lb., and were removed to make it lighter to move. It's your choice to take or leave them. They are easy to mount, and paintable with your color. Or you can have new custom panels made to match your cabinetry. It has efficient airflow - moist in the refrigerator and dry and frost-free in the freezer - which keeps food fresher longer than regular fridges. The freezer drawers are full-extension. Comes with: - An internal ice maker and a filtered water dispenser inside the door - All mounting hardware for front panels - A new replacement water filter still in its wrapper - Pull-out instruction cards - Detailed installation instructions on the front. Electrical: 115 volts, 15 amps. Water supply: Standard refrigerator fitting. Warranty: Has 5 years of full parts and labor coverage [expired], and a 12-year limited warranty for the sealed system (parts only), which covers the compressor, condenser, evaporator, drier, and connecting tubing. Remaining warranty may be transferrable to you. Check with Sub-Zero. Moving notes: - IT WEIGHS 400 POUNDS. You should have at least four people and a big dolly to move it. - It can stand upright on its own, but it MUST BE SUPPORTED WHEN UPRIGHT. If not, it is a tipping hazard. - If it has been on its back or side, it MUST STAND UPRIGHT FOR AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE CONNECTING POWER.
