LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle (4709). This Lego set is really rare and hard to find in this condition and price. The set has 682 pieces and has 9 minifigs. It was released in 2001 and is almost 23 years old. The box does have a slight tear on the top left corner. I have taken a picture of it and documented it. The set is from 2001, so it does have a little wear and tear, but overall, the box is in really great shape, as you can see from the photos. The box is unopened and has never been used.
