First things first, the AC and cleanliness is phenomenal at Star Ford and the staff are absolutely helpful and informative. I came in to service a couple of my cars and paired up with my man Christian. Straight to the point and clear. He made sure both my cars and I left even better than when we came in. No haggling or tactics just straight to the point. I track my mustang every so often so it was great having Chris take care of any maintenance needed as well as my wife’s Bronco. We just came back from a road trip and again having all the maintenance taken care of was the peace of mind we needed. Again thank you Christian and the rest of the team at Star Ford. Perhaps I’ll be back to upgrade the wife into something else!

Great purchase/Lease experience. The variety of vehicles chooses and knowledgeable staff make it easy to test drive and find the vehicle you want. I left with 2 great Leases in the same day. Sales representatives were patient and very helpful in helping us view and test each vehicles so that we could make a sound and pressure free decision.

First time trying to get work done at a dealership rather than a mechanic- don’t try to make appointments on the website. Call or you won’t get in the system. If you use the bot- it is glitchy and won’t actually make it to the service team. I’ve tried scheduling over the last two weeks (I commute so there only select times I am able to give my car up for service) and have called to try and understand what was happening when I didn’t get any communications after. If this is a problem with your website- communicate that on the site. Don’t waste people’s time.

One lovely rep on the phone did try to help me in my circumstances with offering a Saturday service due to it being a low effort repair (I need my windshield wiper reservoir replaced because it can’t hold any liquid), despite it typically being a day with only routine maintenance.

Upon arriving for my appointment time I was told that wasn’t the case and my car would not be serviced. There were no other cars around in the service waiting area- only me. The rep on-site there essentially told me I was mistaken even after showing my appointment confirmation. I was told I needed to come back on a weekday, meaning I still have a car not working as it should for another week. After this service I will never be using them again. I’ve never had this problem with a mechanic.

Edit: I decided to just buy the needed part myself and take my money elsewhere. 🤷🏼‍♀️
