OverBoard Waterproof, snow proof, dust proof backpack. New/never used. I got rid of my boat and this has been sitting in the closet unused. It is constructed by seamless high-frequency welded construction and a roll-top sealing system. Is suitable for quick submersion and it floats, it is a class 3 IP66 rated bag. It has padded shoulder straps, lumbar support, reflective patches, two large side mesh pockets bungee cord on the front with d rings,, to attach other gear and a front closure velcro strap there is a carrying handle on the top, this is a very well-made bag. I would approximate the capacity of the bag to be between 45 and 60 liters. It is approximately 21 inches tall, when closed, about 9 in deep and 15 in wide.
