A beautiful and authentic late-19th-century Victorian dresser, circa 1(contact info removed)crafted in solid American black walnut with a graceful serpentine (bow-front) façade. This piece retains its original hardware, locks (several locks are missing) and rich aged patina. Features • Solid American black walnut construction • Elegant serpentine front with book-matched drawer grain • Original ornate brass bail pulls and escutcheons • Hand-turned spiral columns with carved capitals • Claw feet, typical of high-quality Victorian furniture • Thick, solid drawer construction (no plywood) • Warm, naturally aged finish with beautiful character Condition Good antique condition consistent with age. Minor surface wear, small marks, and finish variations are present and appropriate for a 130–150-year-old piece. No structural issues. Drawers open and close well. Finish has not been stripped or altered, preserving original. Serpentine walnut dressers of this quality are increasingly hard to find. Dimensions Width: 44” Depth: 21.5” Height: 40.5” Pickup only.
