Lane Cedar Chest, Antique From 1920's

Antique Lane Cedar Chest. Series number 082729. Internet search states the the numbers are the date, 08-26-29. Some sites state you need to read the numbers backward 9-29-28. Either way it is late 1928 or 1929. The Pattern number 44515, is located on the bottom of the chest and the card on the inside. This was passed down to me without the key, it does not appear to lock. This chest is in good condition for something that is 92+ years old. There is a crack in the wood on the bottom, but the crack doesn't go all the way through . There is no evidence of the crack when you look inside the chest. Look carefully at each picture to see all the beautiful details. Price drop...Asking $200. Cross streets are bell and Cotton lane. Since I work, you won't be able to pick it up until after 6 on weekdays. It is porch pick up, since I do not have a truck to meet you somewhere else.
