We recently switched to a heat pump from gas after buying our new home, and we are selling the furnace and air purifier that came with the house. It's only a few years old, and is a 60k BTU gas furnace which was more than capable of heating our entire 3,000+ sq ft house. We'll also throw in a year-old Nest thermostat since it's not compatible with the heat pump, and extra filters (which are like $100 each). Furnace retails for $2,125, selling the whole kit and caboodle for $500 firm, which is less than the nest + air purifier + filters cost. Description Bryant® Legacy™ 95% AFUE 60000 Btuh Single Stage 4-Way Multipoise ECM Condensing Gas Furnace The 915SB Multipoise Condensing Gas Furnace features the single-stage Legacy™ System. The fixed-speed, constant torque (FCT) ECM blower motor is at the heart of the electrical efficiency provided by this furnace. With an Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) of up to 96.2%, this furnace provides added savings over standard gas furnaces. The Legacy Gas Furnace features 4-way multipoise installation flexibility, and is available in ten model sizes. All sizes except the 26,000 BTUH model can be vented for direct vent/two-pipe, ventilated combustion air, or single-pipe applications. The 26,000 BTUH model can use the same 2-pipe venting system using outside air for combustion, but is not considered direct-vent.
