Description

Excellent 1955 Gretsch model 6199. This is a one owner guitar. My father bought it around 1956 and I have the original sales slip and hang tags. It has a refret and neck and pickguard repair by John Caruthers in Santa Monica with paper work. It will come with the original pick guard with the Gretsch insignia that has a small crack at one of the screw holes. I chose to replace it. The finish is Ivory over Copper Mist.
