Selling 1 grey modern, modular sofa with attached chaise. Brown legs. Back cushions are attached to the frame but you can flip them up/back if needed (for more space, cleaning, etc.). Sofa could use a light cleaning on the cushions. No heavy stains or marks - everything is shown in pics. No tears, rips, or any damage. No smoking, vaping, or other smells. Sofa does come from a household with 1 clean, calm dog. She is short-haired and does not shed much, so not much (if any) hair is present. Cushions velcro to the frame to hold them in place but can easily be moved around. Sofa breaks down into 4 separate pieces plus the 4 seat cushions. Measurements: Floor to top of seat cushion = 15.5” Floor to the top of back of sofa 28.5” Long side (3 cushions/sections) = 88” Short side (2 cushions/sections) = 60” Depth of seating surface from edge to back cushion = 20” You must pick up from North Hollywood near Sherman Way/Laurel Canyon.
