I have been looking at E- Bikes for the past 2 years. I was worried about buying one online and then having to assemble it on my own. I was also concerned about getting service if something went wrong with the bike.  When I found out about Max-MPG Scooters I couldn’t believe my luck. They carried the type of bike that met all my wants and needs and Ryan the owner is hands on with answering my questions. Had a flat on my Segway Ninebot and he fixed it with no issues. Dropped my scooter off with a replacement tire and the next day it was like new. Reasonable price for the repair considering how hard it is to replace without the proper tools and experience. Thank you for your help getting my scooter back up and running.

I bought a new HiBoy electric scooter from the manufacturer, my biggest concern was that it hand an inflatable tire. Of course I popped it on the first night. I thought about doing it myself.
I then made the correct decision and went to Max-MPG as soon as he opened on a Saturday. It was done by 11:30, he was friendly, fast, plenty of communication like a heads up text it was almost done, then a finished text and call.
I am beyond satisfied, I’m already ordering some aftermarket upgrade inter tube because I see this happening again. It will definitely be Ryan installing it.

Well, gotta be honest…. Things started off good but then got really sloppy and even negligent. Had to get some repairs and the problem was continually misdiagnosed. I wanted LED lights but the power supply didn’t match up with the lights so my bike kept cutting off. I was told it was because of the change I made to the air filter. Turns out, the power needed to be changed from AC to DC and this required knowledge that was apparently lacking. I even pointed out the sloppy repair work done when the stater was suspected of being the culprit and the responses left me really disappointed in the service I received.

I’ve included photos of the wiring that was left hanging out and the missing cover for my spark plug.

If you’re in the market for a bike or a scooter, it’s best to go to a place that has professional technicians available. save yourself a headache with the service that you’re gonna need because this guy isn’t gonna get it done
