Holiday Rambler Presidential 5th wheel

We purchased it in 2000 from the original owner who were family friends. It has always been stored in a fully covered shed. It has been trouble free, less items of normal wear. I’m a maintenance nut and have taken loving care of this great unit. Everything works! I’m selling it completely loaded with all the goodies. Included : microwave convection oven, ice maker in gas/12v refrigerator, original sunproof fabric awning, new tires, almost new mattress, hydraulic slides, large LCD TV, Pioneer disc stereo, flex steel hide a bed, 2 swivel rocker recliners, 4 outdoor chairs, gray water tote tank, 2 stage water filter, 30 amp power cord extension, 5 sections 2x10 foot pet fence, slinky sewer hose support. Long and short sewer hose and fittings, macerate and 50’ hose, bottle jack, 12vair compressor (never had a flat), bike pump, 4 5gallon water totes, large ext. polypropylene mat, 30’ 110v ext. cord, ext. wash equipment, Correl dishes and plastic glasses, pots pans toaster coffee maker waffle iron blender etc., We have doe the following: installed electric over hydraulic disc brakes, new wheel bearings and suspension bushings, new elec. landing gear, has switches so you can run both AC units at once, small freezer in MB, quiet range fan, catalytic heater and gas furnace, new batteries this year, ceramic toilet, folding 4step entry with platform, and all the stuff I couldn’t remember!
