Outstanding Experience at Audi Oakland

We had an exceptional experience at Audi Oakland. I worked with Mujib, and he exceeded every expectation. He was by far the most transparent and helpful sales representative I have ever encountered. Saying he went above and beyond would be an understatement.

Knowing I had young children and couldn’t spend all day at the dealership, Mujib assured me he would take care of everything—and he truly delivered. He made sure all paperwork and details were completed ahead of my arrival, creating a smooth and efficient process. Not only that, but he also kindly kept an eye on my 6- and 3-year-old sons while I finalized the purchase, making them feel welcome and special. In fact, my son asked today if we could go back just to visit Mujib, who had invited him to return anytime for a hot chocolate!

The entire team stayed late on a Saturday to help complete my purchase, even taking the time to photograph my family with our new Q7. Despite the late hour, they never made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience.

Frank, the sales manager, also played a key role in making this a great experience. He gave me his word on a price, stuck to it, and made the process straightforward—no back-and-forth, no games, just honesty and flexibility.

We needed a second car after my husband’s car was totaled. We decided to look at a used Mazda cr-5 touring at Audi of Oakland. This particular car had a more generous cargo space for a sub compact. Wilson was an easy guy to work with. They do not negotiate prices, but after our excellent credit rating the manager did find a lower interest rate than our credit union offered. Overall it was a good experience, but these transactions do take time.

I had a great experience with Jamie at Audi Oakland. From the moment I arrived, Jamie greeted me warmly and took the time to thoroughly explain the service process.
