I was very impressed by this car dealer company.  we live in Tallahassee and did all of our transactions through a friend in Orlando. LC motors was on point and immediate in all of their communication communications with us. When we got there, they had detailed the car completely and all the paperwork was in order. Seriously we were in and out of there in 30 minutes. When you walk in, you realize immediately that the place is organized clean and leo and Valerie were impeccable in their business dealings. I called for a week straight about buying a Honda accord priced at 17,900 I told called the direct line and spoke with a worker who I explained where I lived which is why I wouldn’t be able to come in the same day and he understood and I gave him a day when I would be able to come in which he agreed too, two days before I was going to get the vehicle ,  I called to make sure it was still available and that’s when I was told I would have to put down 5,208 dollars when the initial down payment was only 3080 just but I was told I had to put down more because I lived further away which is illegal and a violation of the consumer protection law. While speaking to the owner she told me the reason was because if they would have to come repo it, it would be further away to get it. When I in fact planned on completely making my car payments on time so I’m not understanding why a repo was even in discussion. By the state of Florida you cant increase a down payment because of distance of where you live and I will be getting my lawyer involved in this case because of the violation. I was literally discriminated because I lived 2 hours was which is also illegal. As shown it is discrimination due to the distance I live away also a bunch of fees was added also because even on the paperwork that was sent to me the down payment was still 3580 but I was charged a various of fees which made it 5208 when once again I was told over the phone I only had to provide the down payment and insurance. If it’s a buy here pay here no credit check like it says on the website and I clearly make enough for you to want to want me to put 2 thousand more down then what is posted on the website you simply didn’t want to give me a vehicle because like you said if it calls for a repo you want easy access without giving your customers even a little chance to prove they can make their payments. Do not trust this dealership I’m giving you a fair warning how are you already thinking about if the vehicle is close enough to repo before you even get it off the lot! And also talk to your employees because apparently you haven’t trained them correctly to scam customers just like you! A car posted at 3080 all of sudden turns into 5208 because I live two hours away is ridiculous I see why you are a small declaration and is going to stay that way you are scam artist!

I highly recommend LC Motors!! My family has been purchasing cars, suvs and, trucks from Henri, Mally and everyone else at LC Motors for 20+ years. We have never had a problem and we love it here! We have never had an issue that could not be easily resolved. The are good people!! 💯🎯🚘🛻🚙

LC Motors has terrible customer service. They turn off people’s cars, which is illegal by law. I pay for my car, and they take forever to send my code. Awful place, and they charge absurd interest rates.

Very dishonest and unprofessional  car lots was  told 14,935.00 out the door for a car when I got there to drive and purchase the vehicle the price went up to 15 235.00. Would not honor  the price give out the door
