This was my grandmother‘s and when she passed away many years ago, this is one of the items I took because I thought it was so pretty! Unfortunately, I don’t have the saucer so I don’t know who the maker is but it is a beautiful piece. It is cobalt, blue and gold with raised bumps on it and a scene of two white swans. It is in good condition and comes from a non-smoking home! Maple Valley pick up.
