Squat Rack Power Rack Freemotion

One of the best racks ever made. Does everything a full rack does, and you can put it in any room and not have to worry about ceiling height. The entire frame is 7 GAUGE STEEL, not standard 11 guage. Even Hammer Strenth racks have some 11 guage to their frame. The Uprights are massive and weights about 150lbs EACH! If you squat 6 to 7 plates on each side, no problem! All tube ends are welded, not capped with cheap/lose plastic endcaps. Adjustable beefy solid safety catches perfectly position to allow flat bench, incline bench, decline bench, squats, shrugs, deadlifts without a spotter, and without interfering with the lift during full range of motion (you wont hit the catches with the bar during the exercise, but they will save your life if you need to "squeeze" your way out of a unsuccessful lift. Six beefy solid plate horns on each side. Comes apart in 3 main pieces for easier transport. This particular rack was CUSTOM made to be 2" narrower than facactory (the outside to outside frame width is 48") to allow plenty of side to side motion without banging the plates against the upright frame. Hammer Strength racks are also 48" width for reference. If you happen to see a duplicate rack like this elsewhere, it will have a 50" width and NOT worth buying because of the forementioned. Pictures with the different benches are actual position i use during my workout. This rack is compatible with just about any bench. This is one of the most versitle gym equipment you can buy because there are so many different exercises you can do with it. Sad to see it go but I no longer need two racks.
