Description

Selling my 1977 islander 28 currently located in Alameda. The boat is 28 feet long and spacious inside. The boat has been well maintained, has a built in gas motor along with the main sail and Jib. I am the 3rd owner of this boat. The inside interior has been remodeled but I have kept the 1970’s look to it as well. I currently use this boat for fun and as an office. The marina has wifi but I have hotspot which works a lot faster on the marina. No restrictions at the marina where it’s located. It is a part time live aboard. 2 batteries replaced last year.
