We pulled up to New Deal bc my Mom was eager to get a covertable… Sherief was sitting there all cool on the golf cart just waiting to take us for a spin!! Make sure you ask for this guy because he was so welcoming and funny and the list goes on. My Mom found her Thunderbird convertible and we are ready to take it for a spin. The salesman Eric was so friendly and real. Even the others were helpful and a friendly face walking in. There was no pressure at all compared to other dealerships. The rest of the staff was great to work with. The purchase  was seamless. There was a check engine light in at the time of the test drive, which was a bad fuel pump and they fixed it quickly, no questions or issues before we picked the car up the next day.  I’ll consider bringing my other son here for his first car.
