From what I know this, it is used to blow up balloons. I believe it is used for balloon drops, for example, for parties. UPDATE: Based on questions and interest, I am happy to include a plastic air hose and include a hose attachment for balloons too. It is basically a simple air compressor with 3 ports. It's a real item sold by Conwin Carbonic Co Inc, it is not something custom made. The compressor is it compressor isn't big enough for tools, but it might work for an airbrush or something. I have no idea really. It's been in my basement for years. It has three connectors on top. If you're going to use it for anything else please research it. I have tested it and it does turn on just fine. It's definitely a unique item with a unique purpose. Again , this is made by Conwin Carbonic Co Inc. I went to their website and the new one has four ports instead of three. It sells for over $300. If you want to learn more about it I suggest you go to their website and look there. It runs on a standard 110 volt outlet, and it has a 6.8 amp motor inside. This will be sold as is but it has been tested and does work. Please do your research before purchasing, but feel free to send me a question if you have any questions, I'll do my best to help. I personally have only tested it, but never used it for any events or other reasons.
