Denon AVC-2800 Vintage Integrated Amplifier 85 wpc Beautiful Shape!

Here is Denon's excellent integrated amplifier, the model AVC-2800. It was built in Japan under the original Denon "Nippon Columbia" ownership, and it has just one owner since purchased new in 1996. The AVC-2800 was the integrated amp counterpart to the AVR-2500 receiver, exactly the same component except for the fact that it has no built-in AM-FM tuner. It is in perfect operating condition and very near mint condition in appearance. This amp puts out 85 watts per channel into 8 ohms for the main left right channels, and it has outputs for 5.1 surround, as well as two sets of stereo speakers. It decodes Dolby Pro-Logic and has an array of effects, but it has primarily analog circuitry and it has the distinctive pure high fidelity sound that earned Japanese-built Denon gear so much respect. Vinyl lovers will love the awesome built-in phono stage, if all you did was use this as your phono preamp for your turntable, it would be well worth the price. Lots of great features and capabilities, including a pre-amp output and a power amp input so you can use it as just a preamp or just a power amp, if you choose. The volume control has a cool led that you can see across a dark room, and a motorized assist so you can rotate the knob using the remote control. User friendly controls including bass and treble knobs which are missing and most surround amps. The remote control also keeps some of the more seldom used settings buttons tucked behind a little door. Inputs for 7 components and four line level recording outputs.
