1980’s production 7’ SF Baldwin semi concert grand piano . Piano has been restored /refinished in high gloss lacquer in “Tiffany blue”. The interior is very clean, it is missing one bass string, but can be arranged to be replaced before sale is completed. Last tuned December 24’ Also in December of 2024 the piano received action regulation. The piano is in very fine condition and is accessible in Chicago suburbs by appointment only. This piano needs to be sold and out of the house latest July 20th due to the home being remodeled and us moving
