Lamar helped me when I was in need and got me into a car that was perfect in my buget. Helped with the monthly payments. Better hospitality and service than any dealership I’ve been at to date. 100/10 recommend

The sales lady, Leslie was super nice and professional. The financial guy, Pete was equally nice and professional. With that said… I do not recommend this dealership.  I put down a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle I wanted to purchase.  When I got there to buy it,  I explained to the sales lady,Lesley, and the owner’s son Mo, that I was not going to finance the vehicle but was going to pay cash.  Mo left,  when Pete went to type up the paper we looked online and the price of the truck HAD BEEN INCREASED $5000 !   (I  have screenshots shots of the before and after prices) I told them I would pay the ORIGINAL price but would not pay the higher price.  We finally negotiated a price that included them buying my old vehicle. The whole experience was very stressful and was not a good buying experience.  Then when the license plates came in,  they wanted to charged me $48 to mail them to me. In my opinion … This company runs it’s business  in an unethical manner.  It is not concerned about customer satisfaction (with the exception of Lesley and Pete).  They are only concerned about squeezing out every penny they can from their customers.  I do not recommend them!

Drove 4 hours to sit in an office for 5 hours to not even really talk to anyone. I was told they would bring the truck in 30 minutes for me to see in person. Guess what 4 hours later no truck. When it didn’t show up in 30 minutes I should have taken the hint. Then repeatedly being told they were “still waiting on the bank”. Then told give me 10 minutes and an hour later nothing. Asked again and was told “well I don’t want to feel like I’m holding you hostage at this point waiting”. They do not care and are so unprofessional so run don’t waste your time.
